Meet Nikki

I’m Nikki Henry, Founder + Principal Advisor of Motive.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, execution and people because that’s where most important organizational challenges actually live.

Before launching Motive, I spent years as a cabinet-level executive inside complex, high-stakes organizations where strategy, leadership, communication, culture, operations and public trust all had to move at the same time.

That experience taught me that good work rarely gets stuck because people don’t care. More often, the direction is unclear, ownership is fuzzy, systems aren’t helping, hard conversations are being avoided, or too much depends on one leader carrying the whole picture.

Motive exists to help leaders untangle that.

I work with organizations to clarify where they’re going, strengthen how the work gets done, and build the leadership and people conditions that help it succeed.
